EXPIRES IN: This option allows the sender to determine how long the document will be available for signing. The default is 30-days with options including 7, 14, 30 and 90 days which is set by the pull down menu.
DATE FORMAT: The default date format is US (mm/dd/yyyy) with the option for the EU date format (dd/mm/yyyy).
SEND REMINDERS IN: The sender has the option to have the RSign system automatically send an email to the recipient reminding them to sign the document after a specific number of days from the original signature request has been received by the signer(s).
THEN SEND REMINDERS EVERY: This setting allows senders to have the RSign system automatically send additional reminders after the original reminder is sent and until the agreement is signed or expires. For example, if you have the first reminder, SEND REMINDERS IN, set to 7 days and, THEN SEND REMINDERS EVERY, set to 2 days, the signer will receive the first reminder to sign after 7 days and then reminders on day 9, 11, 13, etc. or until the document is signed or expired.
ACCESS CODE REQUIRED TO SIGN: This encryption feature, when set to Y, requires an access code (password) for recipients to input onto the secure web page prior to reviewing and signing the document. Default is N.
ACCESS CODE REQUIRED TO OPEN SIGNED DOCUMENT: This security feature, when set to Y, requires the sender and all signers to insert an access code (password) to view the final signed agreement. Combined with the ACCESS CODE REQUIRED TO SIGN feature, the document will be encrypted end-to-end. Default is N.
STORE SIGNED PDF: This feature, when set to the default Y, will store the signed agreement in the MANAGE tab so it is available for download by the sender once the document has been signed.
