57  Signature: Drag the SIGNATURE box onto the document where you would like the signer to input their signature.

Select the appropriate signer if more than one with the pulldown menu and check the REQUIRED box if this is a mandatory field.

Click the green check when complete.

65  Text Box:  Drag the TEXT box onto the document to the location where you want the inputted text to be recorded.

  • SIGNER: Assign the text box to a specific recipient so only they may add their content to this text box.

  • TEXT TYPE: Select if the field may be completed with any characters (text) or only numbers (numeric).
  • LENGTH: Limit the length of the text field to a certain number of characters.

70   Initials: Drag the INITIALS control onto the document where you want the recipient to enter his/her Initials.

72  Radio Button: Drag the RADIO BUTTON control onto the document where you want the singer(s) to select one option from a group. Any number of radio buttons may be assigned to a group. Multiple groups may be added to a single document.

73  Dropdown: Drag the DROPDOWN control onto the document where you want the assigned singer to select one option from a dropdown menu.

  • OPTIONS: Add the dropdown options into this field and click the green [+] button to set it in the order inserted into the Options field.  The red trash can icon deletes the item.
